However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived”—the things God has prepared for those who love him—

Key thought

Many of the things we anticipate and dream about are not as glorious, in real life, as what we imagined them to be. There is one event, however, that is better than we can ever imagine!

When Jesus returns to take us home to be with our Father, it will be far greater than we can ever ask, imagine or dream. I don’t know about you, but I am so excited about Jesus’ return!

Prayer

Father God, thank you for sending Jesus to pay the price for my sins so that we can have a chance to live with you in eternity. I pray that you prepare me mentally and spiritually for his soon return. In the precious name of Jesus, I pray. Amen.
